2022 stock split: Greencrest Financial Services’ board of directors has approved dividing the company’s shares 10:1 in 2022. Inferentially, a 10 rupee equity share will now be divided into 10 equity shares, each with a face value of 1 rupee.

The stock split record date was determined by the corporate board as October 12, 2022.

“Members are hereby notified that the Company has selected 12th October 2022 as a record date for the purpose of Sub-division of Face Value of Equity Shares,”

reads the statement that the AMC firm sent to the stock market exchange in order to notify it of the stock split of Greencrest Financial Services.

The board of directors approved a 10:1 stock split at its meeting on August 30, 2022, and the record date for the stock split was set for September 27, 2022. The AMC Company announced its choice to Indian stock markets.

After learning of the stock split, market bulls expressed interest in the AMC share, increasing the company’s trading volume and igniting a powerful upward trend.

The stock has touched the upper circuit five times in the last seven sessions as opposed to six times in the prior seven sessions. Last week’s Thursday was spared the elite circuit.
